The HR Generalist has, as its primary responsibility, running the daily functions of the Human Resource department and the long-term success of Flare Construction, LLC. The position reports to the HR Manager and is directly responsible general HR duties with a focus on recruiting and onboarding to support the Company’s projects, operations, management, and office. The position works jointly with the operations and management in supporting HR functions. HR Generalist duties shall be in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
