At Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, our Front-of-House (FOH) Director is responsible for all operations pertaining to the guest experience and service areas. Your schedule will be flexible according to the needs of the business, allowing you the greatest opportunity to succeed in your role.

-Assist in hiring.
-Create training plans to teach our new Team Members customer service, positions, and team player skills.
-Get to know your team and seek to have a positive impact on them.
-Create training plans for our Supervisor Team.

-Identify and develop future leaders.

-Create systems that help us execute with excellence and efficiency in the areas of guest experience, communication, team work, food safety, food quality, order accuracy, speed of service, inventory management, cleanliness.
-Reduce defects! Find hang-ups in our workflow (processes) and fix them with the team.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Position Requirements:
*Full-Time, 40 hours per week
*Open Availability Monday-Saturday
