Flamingo Medical Spa is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Warner, GA

Seeking an upbeat and energetic individual wanting to join our Flamingo Medical Spa team!

Responsibilities:

-Must have an upbeat personality and positive attitude

-Ensure clients have a welcoming, comfortable and professional experience

-Must speak clearly and professionally

-Correctly take payments for spa services

-Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced role with attention to detail

-Must have customer service experience and strong phone etiquette

- Take detailed messages, and provide correct information to callers and spa staff

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

-Use excel spreadsheets, tracking inventory, creating social media content, navigating our app and using a POS system.

-Be willing to run office errands or do outside marketing as needed

-Assist with cleaning duties. For example: wash/dry/fold spa laundry, clean breakroom on designated days, clean up in between clients, keep spa area/rooms neat and clean.

-Must be able to work as a team with other employees.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical spa

- Proficient in using Office Outllook, Excel and Canva

-Aesthetics Pro experience is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clientele and communicate effectively

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 32-40 hours per week

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30-6:00 p.m , Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. , , Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
