Under the direction of HR Leadership, performs professional, technical and analytical classification and compensation activities related to maintenance of organizational compensation program. Maintains and ensures consistent application of the classification standards for job classes. Evaluates job positions to ensure enterprise is competitive in the areas of total reward strategies. The compensation analyst will use metrics and models to understand current salary trends and predictive analytics.
Successful candidates will have directly related experience in employee compensation and experience working with all levels of the organization in conducting analyses and preparing recommendations for executive review. A strong background in data analysis is essential.
