The Opportunity
The Senior Accountant position is critical to the continued growth and success of our business as it will provide valuable support in maintaining and analyzing our financial records. This position will ensure that our financial statements are accurate and up-to-date, enabling us to make informed decisions about the future of our business. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will assist with the budgeting and forecasting process and will provide guidance to junior accounting staff. Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries and maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close procedures
- Assist with the annual audit and tax return preparation
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CMA
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Practical understanding of and experience with ASC 842
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years as a GL or Staff Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
