Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify market opportunities and analyze competitor activity to maximize sales potential
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to drive business growth
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities through effective business development strategies
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on business development and account management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in outside sales or field sales is preferred
