Five Star Energy Services is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Stoughton, WI

Five Star Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Project Administrator to work on-site in our Stoughton office. This position will initially work 3 days per week with the potential of going full-time. Mondays and Tuesdays are required with the third day being flexible. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented individual that is able to work autonomously as well as assist with our West-WI Operations. You will work with internal and external customers in the areas of dig tickets/locates, data collection and timekeeping allocations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to communicate effectively with third party representatives and our employees
  • Assist in the completion of paperwork related to operations
  • Create and manage dig tickets for Missouri
  • Payroll - allocate hours to proper job(s)
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Time Management and Organizational skills including follow-through
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
