Blue Ribbon Awards is a family owned and operated business serving the Chippewa Valley since 1968. We offer a variety of award products, engraving services, custom signage, vinyl decals and personalized gift specialty products. We are seeking a motivated individual to join are production team. Applicant will enjoy our small business atmosphere and the variety of day to day tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engrave award products, gift items and part components.

• Create graphic designs and set up product proofs.

• Assemble or fabricate award and sign products.

• Read blue prints and meet tolerance requirements.

• Meet order deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, graphic design or print related field is required.

• Proficient with computers, hand tools, power tools and shop equipment.

• Previous experience operating automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Wage based on experience. Job applications are available during showroom hours 9 am -5 pm Monday- Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
