Five Guys is seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to support our fast-growing Buffalo location. You will assist the GM with all facets of restaurant operations and team leadership. Ideal candidates have 2 years of management experience in the fast-casual industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maximize sales
• Coach, motivate and lead crew members
• Maintain excellent food safety and quality control standards
• Address customer inquiries and concerns
• Perform administrative duties including inventory, payroll, and cost control

Requirements

• 2 years restaurant management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• NY State food safety certification
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation
