Job Description: Five Guys Shift Manager

Location: Chattanooga, TN, 37402

Five Guys is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a Shift Manager, you will manage the restaurant's daily operations during your shift. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of employees during your shift
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Complete daily paperwork and reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
