Location: Hermitage, TN, 37076

Five Guys is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and cooking food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Prepare and cook food according to Five Guy's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory and stocking supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds
• Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
