**The Position:**

We are hiring an individual who stands out for his/her positivity, exceptional customer service, and can-do mentality. You should be the type of person who sees a challenge and volunteers to tackle it.

While industry experience is a plus, it is not necessary. What makes a technician successful is being mechanically inclined, knowing how to work with hand tools and a multimeter, being driven to learn, building a network of colleagues at the manufactures and among other technicians, and building a knowledge base of service manuals, videos, parts lists, and other helpful resources.

Standard hours are 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday, with some overtime as needed.

Annual compensation range is $41,000 $65,000. (Base is $41,000 plus monthly performance bonuses of between $400 $2000. So, if you hit your achievable top monthly performance bonuses you would take home $65,000. Experienced technicians could achieve this shortly after starting, other candidates would grow into achieving the top level)

**The Location:**

Technicians travel independently to several of our clients commercial or residential locations daily, in New York City or North New Jersey. While there is no requirement for where the technician is based, logistically it would have to be somewhere that this travel could be done daily without being too burdensome or affecting punctuality.
