We are currently recruiting for motivated and customer success oriented technicians who want to be a part of our industry-leading team of fitness professionals.

Heartline service technicians are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team of individuals who are in control of their advancement through our technician career path and other career opportunities throughout the company. This position involves maintenance, repair and cleaning of various types of fitness equipment from cardio to strength equipment. Successful candidates must be able to manage a schedule full of jobs for a variety of demanding customers. You are the face of Heartline; we need the best. Light uniforms provided. Currently hiring Service Technicians for a territory in the New York City area; may live inside or outside of the territory. Substantial signing bonus available for the right hire.

We also hire for our technician apprentice program in all of our service areas. We encourage all mechanically inclined individuals with or without experience in the service and repair industry to apply. Paid training provided.

* Company provides vehicle, gas card, vehicle maintenance, parking expense card.

**Primary Responsibilities** : Fitness Equipment Service Technician

* Travel to customer job site

* Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits

* Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to customer.

* Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order.

* Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment.

* Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines

* Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories

**Additional Responsibilities** : Fitness Equipment Service Technician

* Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times

* Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy at all times

* Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager

* Comply with company uniform policy

**Minimum Qualifications** : Fitness Equipment Service Technician

* Be able to lift/move fitness equipment & parts, some in excess of 50lbs

* Maintain a valid drivers license and insurance.
