Job Summary
Fitness Machine Technicians is looking for a Field Service Technician to perform both repair and preventive maintenance services for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various pieces of fitness equipment at customer locations
- Identify replacement parts needed for repairs
- Assemble and disassemble equipment and perform equipment installations at commercial facilities
- Complete accurate and thorough customer work order reports using our Field Service Management software
- Interact with customers in a professional manner to and explain repairs and equipment failures.
- Occasionally lift heavy equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical / electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with a digital multi-meter preferred
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Ability to use a phone / tablet for scheduling and job reports
- Daily local travel required
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- A self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and plan, organize, and manage a variety of tasks
- Applicants must be able to pass a background check
