We are looking to hire a compassionate and enthusiastic Kids Club/Front Desk Attendant. You will provide an inviting, friendly, and safe environment for all visitors while ensuring all programming is age-appropriate, exciting, and nurtures a healthy way of life. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must! You will join a motivating and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and community.
Required Shift(s): Early morning and Weekend shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Provide structured activities and programs for children
- Communicate member complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to management
- Make sure the childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times
- Adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values at all times
- Punctual attendance for shifts is required
- Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
- Check-in members and guests to the club
- Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
- Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
- Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
- Attend all required department and club staff meetings Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workersWhat We Offer:
