The Office of Alumni and Development is seeking a student for employment. This position is funded by the university. All undergraduate students looking for employment are welcome to make application for this position. Please see below the specific duties and responsibilities for this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
• Running errands on campus
• Sorting, alphabetizing and filing
• Making copies and folding materials for mailings
• Stuffing, sealing and sorting envelopes
• Research phone numbers, years of graduation, majors and other information
• Fill out data forms and surveys to mail to alumni
• Data entry input to change alumni records

• An interest in serving the university and its alumni
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
• Professional phone manner
• Dependable, prompt and responsible
• Students may be assigned special projects or individual tasks suited to their specific talents and abilities (e.g. marketing students may assist with planning and promoting alumni programs).

Shift Information: This is a student only posting. Shift will vary based on student schedules and the pay is $15 per hour.
