We are looking to fill the position of a PT aide/ Office Aide in our charming physical therapy clinic in Grass Valley.

The desired aide is able to work in several areas of the clinic. While maintaining a friendly, positive, and clean environment, s/he also shows experience in efficiently handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including answering phones, assisting in scheduling and insurance verification, as well as various other organizational tasks.

The aide is the friendly face of the office, often being the first impression for the patient on the phone or when coming through the door, while also providing direct and indirect patient support in the clinic.

We desire the aide to be well organized, flexible, enjoying the interaction and challenges of working with clients and, after training, be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Monitoring and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for clients and co-
workers.

* Greet and support clients in a positive and professional manner.

* Assist therapists in client care tasks.

* Answer multi-line phone system, make phone calls, and support patient scheduling.

* Filing paper and electronic files.

* General Office duties as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* High energy / positive attitude, punctual and reliable.

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Good work ethics, honest, and dependable, and excited to work with a team of excellent
people.

* Ability to multi-task.

* Must be able to work independently and without daily direct supervision.

* Computer proficiency is a must. Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is preferred.

This is an entry-level medical office position and is particularly ideal for anybody looking to learn and progress into the field of Physical Therapy. Potential Physical Therapy students can earn skilled observation hours.
