Fit Flavors is Hiring a Meal Packager. Near Chesterfield, MO

The meal packager is responsible for packaging all meals to the fit-flavors nutritional philosophy while following standard safety and sanitation guidelines. They are also responsible for fulfilling assigned station tasks.
PASS - Presentation, Accuracy, Sanitation, and Speed
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities

Follows written company dress code every shift
Completes all aspect of the job role sheet
Package all meal components according to spec sheets provided by the Nutrition Analyst
- Adheres to one piece flow process
Master the MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) machine
Communicate all overages & shortage to Packaging manager
Master the Band-All labeling machine
Participate in seasonal Menu changeover
Including a passing score on the new menu test
Build carts according to meal specifications
Complete all side work for the following day; stocking toppings and sauces
Verify every meal count on the Pack Log and communicate to Distribution department
Transfer all completed meals into the Distribution Cooler
Must follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Responsible for completing all opening and closing duties

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk & move quickly within a busy environment
Stand for up to 8 hours at a time (with a half hour lunch break)
Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to maintain productive work output while working in a cold room environment (temperature set at 55 degrees) for the entire shift

Pay Rate:
$15/HR
Work Schedule:
6:30 am till 2:30 pm (Off Monday & Thursday)
Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
