We're looking for a friendly, dynamic person to:

• Represent Fit and Fun in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Create ongoing professional relationships with our customers.
• Monitor and respond to incoming chats, phone calls and emails from customers.
• Process orders, estimates, answer customer questions, and regularly follow-up on estimates.
• Maintain/complete customer profiles in HubSpot.
• Log all interactions with contacts - calls, notes, meeting outcomes, etc

The ideal candidate would be an individual who is:

• An independent, thoughtful, and reliable thinker who is self-motivated, organized, and great at multitasking and managing priorities.
• Skilled at using a computer, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Suite, Gmail/Google suite.
• Willing and able to learn new software as required.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Experienced with HubSpot and Monday.com.
• An experienced customer service rep and/or administrative assistant.
