Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
To maintain office and respond to phone calls.
Schedule Telephone and in person appointments with clients
To open mail and send copies via machine to Owner
To File by Alphabet files
Ability to copy from printer
There will be bonuses and a increase in hourly rate after 3 months.
Ability to work without supervision. Most of the time, owner is away and not in office.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
-Ability to come to office each day Mon -Fri for 2 hours.
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Phone etiquette
- Calendar management skills
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail for proofreading task
- Familiarity with filing systems
