**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brewing and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to patrons while ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety **Requirements:** - Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills - Familiarity with food handling, food safety, and sales techniques - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Must be at least 18 years old Join our team as a Bartender where you can showcase your skills in brewing, customer service, and sales while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
