```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers in the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in bartending
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments and managing inventory
- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations in the food industry
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
