Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Engineer Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to gather requirements from clients and third parties to obtain business scope. Work on process design and functional design including current state and target state architecture diagrams for functional specification, technical specification, and solution documents. Perform current and target state technology, application, business process analysis and vision diagrams as per specified architecture guidelines. Develop and document appropriate solution deliverables to meet client business requirements based on current product functionality available, identified options to close functional gaps, and professional serves required to implement appropriate solution design. Work directly with internal teams and third parties to identify existing product functionality available and identify where functionality gaps exist in meeting client business requirements. Interact directly with vendors and other organizations to evaluate third-party vendor opportunities and solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related field: working with complex banking application architecture framework for design, improvement and integration into applications; performing software development at all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and maintaining web-based applications, webservices, rest services, microservices, spring batch applications, and activity workflow in the financial and retirement domain; designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and iterating internet-facing financial software; working with Agile development environment and methodologies, including Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development and scrum; and utilizing tools and technologies including JDK, Junit, Cucumber, Spring, Spring Integration, Spring Boot, C3 cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, WebLogic, Postman, GIT, EJB, Spring Webflow, Oracle, Spring Source Tool Suite, MS VISIO, XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, WADL, WSDL, JAX-RPC, JAX-WS and oAuth. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience with the above listed skills.
