About the role
In a Practice Manager role, you'll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure buildouts.
Hiring Manager Statement
The team-member must be able to manage QA track or testing cycle of large engagements. The team-member must be a consultative hands-on leader who can align different testing groups internally and be the main point of contact for key engagements.
The goal is for the team-member to expand across PS Implementation for larger/key engagements, help in execution automation, and build out testing practices.
Therefore, we need a team-member who has a combination of good hands-on experience who can translate best practices into tangible processes. These processes will drive the future of QA tracking of all large projects for the team.
What you will be doing
* Organize QA artifacts to create integrated story for PMO and Client stakeholders.
* Work closely with customer and FIS stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of customers objectives as part of the migration to FIS platform.
* Manage Test Automation and Deployment to produce automated software and support for rapid certification.
* Work with FIS development and implementation teams for any issues or changes.
* Communicate status of plans and alert FIS stakeholders of any impacts regarding budget or schedules.
* Work with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.
* Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
* Manage project risk and assisting with problem resolution. (Escalations)What you will need
* P1D and MKE Payment processing eco system techno functional knowledge.
* Testing/Development experience on payments stack. (Test Automation)
* Good client facing skills. (Presentation & Organizational)
* Ability to align/drive a plan with internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced skills with practice management software.
* Extensive knowledge of practice management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT practice management methodologies and life cycles.
* A bachelor's in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.
