What you will be doing

• Processing incoming request, including DTC,DWAC, DRS and Mutual Funds.
• Taking proactive measures by calling contra-firms or mutual fund companies to complete request.
• Follow up for all open transfers through internal workflow providing consistent updates to the end client.
• Other projects and duties may be assigned.

What you bring:

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college; or two years customer service experience or training in the financial service industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Have a basis knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret documents such account statements, trust documents and transfer forms.
• Knowledge of banking principles, operations and processes
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Detail-oriented and focused on providing the highest quality products and services to FIS internal and external clients

Experience on Sungard GlobalPlus, AddVantage or Trustdesk is a plus
