This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:
Learn how to work within a corporate environment
Learn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS plays
Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
Build a network of your peers from across the organization
This position is for a June 2024 start.
About the team
As part of the Future Forward Performance Office, you will be a part of the most dynamic teams in FIS that are transforming the foundations of how we operate. Future Forward is the innovation and transformation program that spearheads new ways of working in Tech, Operations, Corporate Functions, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence (Sales, Revenue).
You will be specifically working with the leads of the Commercial Excellence and Supply Chain workstreams while likewise having visibility into other workstreams.
The team is based on the East Coast and often regroups in Atlanta and Jacksonville for in-person working sessions, providing you with travel opportunities. Two of our members are based in Atlanta and will likewise provide in-person mentorship.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-impact role. It requires a strategic thinker who can build rapport with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and simplify complex problems. As an FIS University grad will report to the Commercial Excellence and Supply Chain VP and will work hand in hand daily to support each of the Workstream Directors.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is excited about leadership exposure, is energized by solving difficult problems and sees the opportunity transformation and new ways in the Financial Services industry can yield.
What you will be doing
Partner closely with senior business leaders to manage key strategic initiatives and resolve roadblocks stopping progress
Perform qualitative/ quantitative research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager
Plan, design, and present commercial recommendations to change business processes and systems to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
Utilize data to generate reports and insight that highlight opportunities / resolve business issues
Support in driving and creating content for management presentations (internal and external) on the business performance of the FIS Future Forward Performance Office
Other related duties assigned as needed – all in support of improving, growing, and differentiating FIS for its clients
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team

An aptitude to research and analyze key information and trends
Commercial focus, with an interest in driving revenue and bottom-line value for the business and our customers
