About The Team

FIS Securities Processing is currently searching for a bright, talented and energetic Technology Business Consultant. This high profile position will be responsible for providing introductory and advanced training for our internal and external customers. As a Consultant, you will be in a position that is critically important to the development of our staff as the corporation moves forward to reach our goals. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct Phase3 system, and its related products training seminars for new and existing internal and external users.

• Assist in developing training aids for Phase3 systems, and its related products for all users.

• Revise and expand existing course materials.

• Conduct needs assessments and analysis for new seminar development.

• Assist with customer implementations training where training is part of the project plan.

• Document and communicate customer feedback and experiences to be incorporated into development and implementation plans.

• Assist with the research, development and implementation of course plans, materials and job aids using effective training methods based on Adult Learning methodologies for all training initiatives.

• Work with all internal departments to define content and training presentation materials.

• Assist with administrative coordination of training for internal applications, vendor-facilitated and external training programs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, information systems, or computer science

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in English; Strong written and communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Added Bonus If You Have

• Any experience in the financial services industry would be beneficial.

• 3-5 years experience in classroom training and course development is required.

• Developed analytical and problem solving skills.

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Travel is required.
