We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical stamina for assisting clients with mobility
- Basic understanding of personal care procedures
