Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide direct support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients safely
- Support individuals with behavioral management and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities

Experience:

- Experience in senior care, patient care, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Ability to handle behavioral challenges with empathy and patience
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and personal care tasks
- Familiarity with direct support techniques and behavior management strategies
