We have an immediate need for an Overnight Part-time Front Desk Associate at a Luxury Residential
High-Rise Condominium building in Downtown St. Pete. The main responsibilities of this position
include answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting residents, guests, and visitors in a
courteous manner, and monitoring the security cameras. Excellent starting pay of $18-19 an hour.
The hours for position are Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. with the flexibility to
cover other shifts if necessary
Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and visitors in a positive manner
• Responding to emails from residents and vendors
• Answering phones
• Log packages that are delivered to residents
• Control access and monitor security cameras for the facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Positive attitude always
• Ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills
