Job Overview:
The Community Manager has complete charge of the day-to-day operation of first-class, luxury condominium complex. Provides for the operation, maintenance, management, cleaning, sanitation, renewal, replacement, care and upkeep of the Common Areas. The Community Manager enforces compliance with the Rules and Regulations relative to the operation, use and occupancy of the property. Maintains a cordial relationship with tenants, contractors, vendors and employees. Ability to work a flexible schedule on order to meet the needs of the residents, visitors, contractors, vendors and employees is required. On-call to the community, 7-days a week, to supervise operational issues and emergencies.

What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. Compensation: $115000 / year
