Job Title:Compliance Coordinator

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Rocklin, CA

Salary:$21-23/hr

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage willalsobe premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:
To serve as the coordinator of Compliance for the Association. To direct the community's enforcement process; including
community inspections, homeowner correspondence, facilitation of enforcement hearings, and independent contractors'
performance of approved contracts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with fellow associates, responsible for the overall management functions of theassociation.
  • Conduct daily site inspections or as needed.
  • Directs the performance of follow-up to drive-throughs of the association.
  • Attends Board of Directors meetings as may be required.
  • Any and all other assignments as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors or management.
  • Conducts and/or participates in committee and owner orientations.
  • Utilizes technology as applicable to perform job functions and publish communications to the membership.
  • Meet with homeowners as required to support the compliance functions.
  • Other duties as may from time to time be assigned.
  • Provide monthly reports to General Manager regarding compliance status
  • Response to homeowner complaints and concerns regarding compliance matters
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive throughout the community.
  • Follows quality system procedures.
  • When required assist in the administration of all front desk operations which includes but is not
limited to the following: Access Card/ Gate Remote issuance, which includes the creation and distribution of access cards
and transponders or, the replacement key cards and transponders and the updating of tracking software. New Owner
Orientation to include review of governing document compliance rules.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • When required assist in the administration of all front desk operations which includes but is not
limited to the following: Access Card/ Gate Remote issuance, which includes the creation and distribution of access cards
and transponders or, the replacement key cards and transponders and the updating of tracking software. New Owner
Orientation to include review of governing document compliance rules.
  • Maintain a general "awareness" of events occurring on the property, always to respond to member questions.
  • Assist with Lodge event ticket sales, Clubhouse/Lodge rental requests
  • Assistance with Community social events. Prior approval required by GM for overtime.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • No supervision currently.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements

  • Have some experience in property management and/or or closely related field.
  • Possesses exceptional customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to handle deadlines and pressure of the position.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Access and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Must have reliable transportation; possess current California driver's license and the current state mandated vehicle
insurance.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the Board, vendors and clients, verbally and through written
correspondence.
  • Must be detail oriented.
