Job Overview:
The Account Services Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to invoicing, running reports, checkingcustomer guidelines, copying, printing and scanning documents, and interacting with and providing exceptional service to ourinternal clients, external clients, and attorneys.
Your Responsibilities:
Skills & Qualifications:
Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalency. 2 to 3 years' experience in an office environment performingsimilar tasks preferred. Experience in Property Management industry a plus.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ability to perform with minimum supervision and make decisions independently. Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize workload, meet hard and fast deadline. Must be a team player. Must possess strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with multiple tasks, information organization.
Physical Requirements:
Physical demands include ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Standing, sitting, walking. The employee is required to work at apersonal computer for extended periods of time.Frequent need (66% to 100% of time) to perform the following physical activities:

What We Offer:

Compensation:$20 - $21 / hour
