firstPRO Inc. is Hiring a Remote Data Analyst
firstPRO is seeking a Data Analyst who will be an integral part of the Sourcing Technology team for our client. This role supports the Sourcing teams at both Corporate and Operating Company levels by providing essential data support for sourcing and purchasing efforts, enabling them to maximize their global scale. This is a short-term consulting opportunity, spanning 3-6 months, with compensation of up to $35/hr., based on experience. This role is 100% remote, but candidates within the eastern time zone are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data and reporting solutions using PowerBI and other analytical tools.
- Develop and manage SQL databases (Microsoft/Oracle) to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Create and maintain Coupa Advanced Insights & Controls (AIC) dashboards and data visualizations.
- Plan and execute monthly data refreshes for Spend Analytics AIC.
- Conduct data imports, extracts, and other data management activities to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Document business requirements for data solutions to align with stakeholder needs.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and updates of data solutions to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL (Microsoft/Oracle), and data visualization tools. Experience with Coupa AIC is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in spend analytics and data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with key Sourcing stakeholders across our 9 brands.
- Willingness to learn about various spend categories and sourcing markets within our global operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
