Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: New Holland, PA

Responsibilities:

• Process orders and create delivery documents for our customer base
• Coordinate transportation logistics with the Logistics team for deliveries or pick-ups
• Handle customer credits, returns, and debit memos
• Process customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality Department
• Provide necessary documentation for shipments as required by customers
• Collaborate with the Sales team on customer forecasts, marketing promotions, and sales events
• Evaluate daily product shortages and communicate with customers and Sales
• Manage internal processes to achieve expected customer order fill rates and Supply Chain goals
• Assist in documenting all new and existing processes in Customer Service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the perishable goods industry is preferred
• Familiarity with customer web portals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• SAP experience is a plus

Interview Process:
Onsite interview for 30 minutes with Customer Service Manager.

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
