Our client is seeking diligent and customer service oriented individuals to join their team as a crew leader. In this role you will work with customers to ensure quality service on all projects.

• $30-35hr (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Effectively convey project specifics and the installation procedure to clients, covering aspects such as daily schedules, anticipated completion dates, payment terms, etc.
• Ensure the high-quality installation and service of Walpole products.
• Supervise the installation team, fostering a positive atmosphere and providing clear instructions.
• Tackle problems and implement resolutions that are fair to both the customer and Walpole Outdoors.
• Maintain and care for vehicles and equipment.

• Proficient in installation and construction tasks.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates reliability, a can-do attitude, and a positive mindset.
• Exhibits a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Capable of reading and comprehending construction drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Carpentry/Installation: 4 years (Preferred)
• Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bethel, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
