Our client is seeking qualified Crew Leaders in Bethel, CT. Crew Leaders are responsible for providing our clients with a quality installation and an excellent customer experience.

They are to be professional, a good communicator, and work with a sense of urgency.

Hourly Rate : $30.00-$35.00

Job Duties

• Communicate project details and installation process to customers
• These details include daily start and end times, estimated completion date, payment terms, etc.
• Provide quality installation and service of company products
• Manage the installation crew with a positive attitude and clear directions
• Problem solve and carry out solutions to issues that are equitable to the customer and the company
• Maintain vehicle and equipment

Skills and Qualifications

• Installation and construction capabilities
• Reliable / Can-do attitude and positive outlook
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings
• Proficiency in the use of light construction equipment and hand tools as well as the ability to navigate a tablet device
