Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Support Technician. In this role, you will work as the first point of contact for external customers. You will come in, triage level 1 and 2 tickets which can involve upgrades, supporting Office 365, Azure AD, General Windows items, workstation support, hw/sw support, and more. You must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as this position works daily with external customers. You should enjoy analyzing issues, working through problems over the phone and in-person with clients, writing good emails, documenting on the back-end as needed, and having a sense of professionalism and urgency at all times. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years’ of Level 1 and 2 Desktop Support experience, ideally in an MSP environment
• Great communication skills to be able to go onsite to client sites as needed.
• Must enjoy providing top shelf customer service.
• Experience with Office 365 support, Azure AD, Windows Server 2012 and beyond, on-prem AD, hardware/software support including mobile devices, PC/Mac skills.
• Must be self-managed and motivated, DETAIL oriented.
• LOVES tech and wants to work for a tech company.
• Must have reliable vehicle.
• Plus - Azure; Macs.
