Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Support Technician. In this role, you will work as the first point of contact for external customers. You will come in, triage level 1 and 2 tickets which can involve upgrades, supporting Office 365, Azure AD, General Windows items, workstation support, hw/sw support, and more. You must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as this position works daily with external customers. You should enjoy analyzing issues, working through problems over the phone and in-person with clients, writing good emails, documenting on the back-end as needed, and having a sense of professionalism and urgency at all times. This is a great place to work where you can be your own boss, work independently, and have an opportunity to touch on a lot of different technical scenarios.
