FirstPRO 360 is Hiring a Service Delivery Specialist Near Atlanta, GA

Hey there! We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly on the tech front. As an IT Service Delivery Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for handling daily tech issues. Think of it as being the hero who swoops in to save the day when someone's having trouble with their computer or software.

Your main gig involves sorting through support tickets, figuring out what's going on, and making sure they get to the right folks to fix things up. Oh, and you'll also be keeping an eye out for any patterns or trends in the issues we're seeing, so we can make things even better.

You'll be working closely with our internal support team, making sure they've got all the info they need to help out our employees. And if things get really hairy, you'll be the one to step in and lend a hand. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, adaptable, and a pro at multitasking. We need someone who's great at communicating, both with teammates and with vendors when it comes to getting new tech stuff.

And hey, the best part? You can do all this from the comfort of your own home! Though every now and then, we might need you to swing by the office for a bit.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort through support tickets like a champ, making sure they get to the right people.
  • Work closely with our internal support team to keep them in the loop.
  • Keep an eye on ticket trends and help us improve our tech game.
  • Handle all the nitty-gritty details of IT procurement and asset management.
  • Make sure our software licenses and hardware are all in line with the rules.
  • Keep track of all our tech stuff and make sure everything's running smoothly.
  • Chat with vendors to make sure we've got all the tech gear we need.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you've got a Bachelor's degree, or you're just really good at this tech stuff.
  • You've got at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the tech world.
  • You're a whiz with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or FreshService.
  • You know your way around IT asset management tools.
  • If you've got some ITIL knowledge, that's a bonus!
  • You're super organized and can juggle a bunch of tasks at once.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch.
  • And when it comes to problem-solving, you're the master.
