Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of senior care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Medication reminders and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients using proper lifting techniques
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Document client care activities accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistant role preferred
- Knowledge of senior care practices and assisted living principles
- Ability to drive to client locations as needed
- Familiarity with medical systems and equipment used in home care or nursing home settings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift and move clients using proper lifting techniques
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
