Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

Skills:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to observe changes in client's condition
- Patience and understanding when dealing with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols
