FirstFleet is a national trucking company with 3000 trucks. Our Denver, CO facility is looking for an experienced assistant manager for our Kroger dedicated mountain fleet. This is a Full-Time position with advancement opportunities for the properly qualified person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
• Scheduling of dispatch group and dispatch training
• Billing and payroll for driver and admin group
• Daily PDT review to customer, driver coaching as needed
• Daily review of safety items and driver follow up
• Maintenance technician scheduling, tractor PM follow up and repairs
• Scheduling training sessions and holiday events for driver group
• Customer Communications
• Email Communication
• Telephone Communication
• Monitoring Hours of Service
• Monitoring inbound paperwork
• Experience with TMW preferred but not required

Job Requirements

• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
• 1 years' experience in dispatching.
• TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills to include de-escalation
• Capacity to work from home when needed (will be discussed in interview)
• Attention to detail
• Reliability (We are open 365 days a year.)
• Days off will be 1 week day and 1 week end day consecutive, email and phone traffic will be monitored 7 days a week.
• Training schedule will vary from final schedule.

Compensation commensurate with knowledge and experience
