Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Analyst. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the consistency between bank records and internal financial records.
- Execute monthly end and close duties in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct daily production reviews to monitor and analyze operational performance.
- Handle check deposits and ensure timely processing.
- Manage invoices and ensure proper documentation and recording.
- Assist with year-end duties including financial reporting and audit preparation.
- Utilize accounting information services or database systems effectively to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage or other relevant accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience with accounting information services or database systems is preferred.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and processes as required
