Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing precise solutions that meet or exceed individual expectations.
- Manage client transactional needs, encompassing renewal, new sales, marketing, and services in alignment with brand standards and company procedures.
- Develop innovative sales tactics to boost profit margins and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Establish an efficient schedule and manage workflow for optimal efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology advancements to continually enhance knowledge and performance.
- Interact effectively with clients, utilizing exceptional active listening skills, purposeful cooperation, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Explore new and innovative ways to enhance the client experience, drive sales revenue, and communicate ideas to fellow entry-level Account Managers and upper management for implementation.
