While reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating schedules within Baltimore’s Manufacturing Facility.

• Plans and coordinates production schedules for associates in facility.
• Reviews production specifications and identifies and reports plant capacity constraints.
• Develops weekly production status reports for the Supply Chain Manager.
• Monitors workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensures that raw materials and equipment are prearranged for production.
• Coordinates with Operations Management to develop and execute production plans.
• Develops an effective scheduling process to achieve production objectives.
• Analyzes and addresses production issues in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates with production and purchasing to ensure raw materials needs.
• Orders and stocks adequate finished goods to avoid any shortages.
• Generates production reports to managers for critical decision-making purposes.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree in science, engineering, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize job relevant software.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent mathematic skills
• Effective problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.
