Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager will oversee and manage internal and external communication strategies. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies that effectively promote our company's mission, values, and brand. This role involves creating compelling marketing campaigns and creating content that will be used for both digital and traditional communication channels. The Marketing Communications Manager will cultivate positive relationships cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including leadership, employees, customers, vendors, and the public to ensure a consistent and compelling corporate message.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance First Supply’s brand image and reputation.
  • Craft compelling messaging and communication materials for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with First Supply’s objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create and implement effective internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals and values.
  • Manage and oversee the company's digital marketing channels, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital advertising platforms, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics and industry trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to develop marketing materials that support sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide marketing materials for corporate events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's visibility.
  • Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on communication matters, including preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communication to drive continuous innovation and improvement within the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and effective marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
