First State Community Bank is seeking an eager team leader with a customer service focus for aMarket Operations Manager position.

The Market Operations Manager is responsible for supervising market location employees and coordinating operational activities within the branch to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will market and service FSCB products by uncovering customer needs, solving customer concerns and helping customers meet their financial needs.

Professionalism

• Works as a team leader to create exceptional customer & employee experiences
• Supports team members regarding security policies, procedures, regulations and audits

Accountability

• Develops trust and maintains relationships with FSCB customers, local community and employee team
• Serves as branch marketing coordinator
• Is a consistent advocate and ambassador of FSCB corporate values both inside and outside the bank

Service

• Participates in activities for generating new business & business development
• Constantly seeks to improve the financial health of customers through the recommendation and education of FSCB products that meet their needs

Initiative

• Possesses proficiency in multi-tasking
• Performs Deposit Services Representative and Teller duties when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
• 3 to 5 years Bank Operations and Management Experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Creative, critical and analytical thinking skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to adapt quickly to change
• Ability to maintain positive and professional demeanor in stressful situations
