First Star Logistics is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Blue, OH
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to help fill our NEW Cincinnati Corporate Office. The perfect candidate would be a first hire and future head of the department.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the transportation/brokerage industry. The Recruiter will help grow our Brokerage division by working with hiring managers to source Agent and Employee Brokers.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and build relationships with experienced candidates in logistics
· Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
· Conduct pre hire requirements
· Document and provide updates and feedback to management
Qualifications
· A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting Experience (Brokerage Experience is a plus)
· In Office presence
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
