Job Description:

Manufacturing/Production Mechanic

Manufacturing mechanics are responsible for keeping machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility running smoothly. Their responsibilities include:

· Troubleshooting issues with machinery, Including case packer, case sealer, conveyors, filler, caper, coder.

· Examining machinery and evaluating their condition.

· Performing repairs on machines that have been damaged due to use or operator errors.

· Conducting regular maintenance and PM checks.

· Installing new machinery and equipment.

· Ensuring that machinery runs safely and efficiently.

· Inspecting and testing machines to diagnose problems.

· Maintain work area, tools and shop equipment clean in a clean and functional manner.

· Able to work 1st, 2nd and or 3rd shift.

· Able to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
