We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our pharmaceutical packaging team as a Pharmaceutical Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging Operations: Execute packaging activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records. This includes but is not limited to counting, labeling, and inspecting pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-Quality Assurance: Perform in-process checks to verify the correctness of packaging materials, product identification, and labeling. Report any deviations or discrepancies to the supervisor for investigation and resolution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and participate in safety training programs.
- Equipment Operation: Operate packaging machinery and equipment effectively and safely. Perform routine maintenance tasks and promptly report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting packaging activities and reporting inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations. Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient packaging operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
